Project Description

This project was made of a combination of steel and wood members, with the majority of the building made from CLT wall and floor panels, and glulam beams for floor support. Dowco had to coordinate steel columns and stairs into the wood structure. The wood and steel portion were supplied by separate fabricators, so Dowco utilized separate teams working simultaneously on the structure allowing us to detect and flag any issues in real time between the steel and wood structure.
